The School has a strong record of research, and our research findings have contributed to both theory and practice. The ultimate aim of most of our research is improvement of student outcomes in mathematics, science and technology through enhanced teacher knowledge and practice.
We have strong links with industry and the professions, and many of us are currently engaged in research projects in collaboration with industry, state and federal agencies and other organisations within the education sector in Australia. Our commitment to excellence in research extends to the international arena with projects in America, Asia and Europe.
